Professional Experience
Mr. Miller practices in the areas of commercial, real estate and community association litigation. He has counseled and represented clients involved in disputes regarding real estate purchases, and has extensive experience with the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, and the Florida Condominium and Homeowners Association Acts.
Mr. Miller is the leader of the Firm's community association collection and foreclosure practice and is a frequent speaker on topics concerning assessment collection, association lien foreclosure and mortgage foreclosure issues. He is also a contributor on such topics to the Firm's Community Association & HOA law blog.
