Following our "No Pet" course, we will have our HOA/CONDO/CO-OP Board Certification - Everything you Wanted to Know about Being a Board Member.. But were Afraid to Ask! Class. If you are planning to serve on your association board, you probably know that you will need to comply with Florida's certification requirements within 90 days of being elected. Our combined certification course is designed to satisfy the statutory requirement so that you are eligible to serve. Some of the topics that will be covered are defining your fiduciary duty, analyzing association operations, understanding financial reporting and much more.

No Pets Course: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Break & Q&A: 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
HOA/CONDO/CO-OP Course: 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
